The first thing you do is go to the doctor and ask. even though you are thin means nothing. you need to have good check up and find out if there are anything wrong. if its ok and you can run or do stuff at home then he will tell you and suggest things. its always best for find out what you can do. i mean it appears you can do all but maybe not. it is in the heart and stuff you have to be careful. it can be you can drop over dead so this is how to check first.

anything is fine. not exercise is bad for anyone, given if they had no medical or joint problems, any cardi will help u keep a health heart and blood flow and keep the fat off, strength training will tone muscle and make u look better and muscles burn more calories than fat, flexibility helps keep u from being injured. so what ever works for u as long as u do something for at less 20 min 3x a week.

If you're trying to build mass, lift weights and gobble a protein suppliment. A running machine will increase your cardiovascular health, but overall won't help you increase in size at all. It might even make you thinner, depending on your current BMI.
