expecting that i can have my own credit card. i send them today 2,4700 as the guy named mr. tokunaga that i can recieved the credit card loan 1 week later . i sent the money using the bank named to Satou Takayoshi . I call again later to the office , and the guy named Tokunaga said . next is i need to send them 40,000 yen so that i can recieved the card this august 15.. i smell it was i got cheated .. so i told them to give me back my money.. and replied yes but it will be on the month of october..im sure i`ve got fooled with this ppl.. like to announced it to all people aroung in Japan..thank you.

UFJ company sent "a post card "? Weird. Banks usually use envelope or sealed post card to secure personal info. And won't ask you to send money to issue credit card.
Maybe you were trapped by organized fraud.
I don't think you can get the money back.

It's a scam. Don't send anymore money.
Always beware of up front charges.
