Sometimes low blood sugar levels can cause shaking hands. Especially in overweight people. That could be a sign of Type 2 Diabetes. Tell them to go to the dr!

Normally, our hands shake very, very slightly all the time we are awake. This is because the tiny muscle fibres in our hands and arms constantly contract and relax at random. It is only when shakiness of our hands begins to interfere with writing, holding a cup of coffee or using a knife and fork that it becomes a problem. When people notice their hands are shaky, they often start to worry that they have Parkinson’s disease but there are other causes such as:
Low blood sugar causes shakiness
Too much coffee and tea
Medications can sometimes be responsible
Overactive thyroid is more common in women than in men
Parkinson’s disease is much less common
But to be really sure get a check up from doctor

Several things, such as diabetes and malnutrition come to mind. There are also a number of conditions that effect the nervous system that can do it. I suggest that all three of them start eating sensibly and making sure they get enough water. And that your uncle and friend start a mild exercise regimen: Their bodies will thank them!
If the change in eating habits doesn't help, then a visit to a doctor is in order.
Good luck!

Are they around pesiticides? When I sprayed my house for bugs, my nose ran and my hands shook- because the pesticides attack your nervous system.
Also, Parkinsons can do it, too.
