Make them!
I got some Minwax Polycrylic Clear Satin Protective Finish
and took old airplane and train tickets with logos, and colorful sugar packets and other labels from foreign countries, and I stuck them all over my guitar case, using the Polycrylic as "glue", then gave them a coating of the Polycrylic to keep them from being rubbed off.. It looks really cool!

um, you should NEVER EVER EVER hot glue little jewels. The glue will damage the varnish or the wood, and yes, the jewels will interfere with the vibrations producing the sound in the violin. I don't care if you have a beginner student's violin, you will RUIN it by doing this. If you want to decorate it, you can tie a ribbon at the end of the scroll. As for the casing, knock yourself out. You can sew whatever you want on it.

Try the scrapbooking section of your local craft store. They should have some stickers in a theme you will like.
