It's is always good to have goals, but be more realistic.
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. Look at http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html in the kitchen section on why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension.
When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

It might...but when you start eating again you'll put the weight right back on, so why go through that and then have to lose it again?
Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet...no skipping meals (in fact 4 - 6 small meals a day is better than 3 large ones), and no dropping cals below 1200 a day.
Add to that, about 1 hour of exercise for 5 days a week (more days or time if you desire) and you should be on your way to losing the weight...keep up the healthy eating and exercise (just adujst to stop losing weight) when you hit your goal, and you won't have to worry about putting the pounds back on.
Good luck!

number 1 how tall are you and number 2 are you doing this for yourself or for someone else? It's important to lose weight for you, not your boyfriend. Also, if you really want to lose weight eat less calories and work out. Go walking or bike riding. If you try a liquid only diet, you will lose weight however when you start eating regular foods again you will gaine the weight back so try the above and you'll see a change.

I don not recommend liquid diets. The reason being, your body will feel deprived of food after a while, and eventually when you decide to eat regular food again. Your body will fight to store it and you will gain the weight back very quickly. Look for a diet plan that offers more long term results. Good luck!!!

actually you know what i did that worked fast and is easier to stick to than a liquid diet, low calorie. just follow this diet, a cup of cereal in the morning, and then a lean cuisine tv dinner for lunch and another for dinner. portion control helps save calories and the lean cuisine and cereal give you a wide selection of flavors to help you stick with it. good luck. i didn't even exercise much it came off really fast. i lost 30 lbs. you might not lose the entire 20 lbs by 9/4 but you'll be well on your way and should be down to your ideal weight soon after

It probably will not, but it will destroy your health and your metabolism and then you will easily reach 157 pounds. I've been there, you think that it won't happen, that you'll be careful afterwards, but it's biology, you can't fool your body. Anyway, 127 pounds is great, just exercise and eat healthy, and you will look great on September 4.

I used to eat a lot and hated rigorous exercises. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great diet tips and workouts. It also showed me what I was doing wrong before... With using only their diet tips, I could easily lose a few pounds in the first week :). I eat healthily now and workout regularly to keep my good figure :). Thanks so much to such a helpful site. Try it!

that is very tough. but a liquid diet wont do it. You need to drop your caloric intake tremendously. ONLY drink water. Run/ swim./ other cardio for at least 2 hours per day 7 days per week.
eat a small sandwhich for lunch (about 200 calories)
Eat 1 can of tuna for dinner
and only cucumbers for the rest of the day (they have no calories but do fill you up)
if you do this it is possible to get down in to that weight, although i dont say this is healthy at all.

Don't starve yourself. If you lose weight that way you'll add twice as much back when you go off of it. Eat healthy meals and excercise(just take a long walk). Build up your metabolism--That will burn off the calories.
