Could I add my name to a title (pink slip) of a car that is not completely paid yet and it belongs to a friend

if you're not on the loan, you're not on the title until the loan is paid off with that lender - sorry

no. because the car still belongs to the lein holder not ur friend until its all payed off.

No,not at all, it would have to have a clean /clear title, no leans at all.
