Not I. Statistically, Catholics make up a very small portion of all the religious world. In the United States there are more Catholics than any other denomination of Christianity, but if you add up all the other denominations together, Catholics pale in size. Throw in other countries and other religions, and Catholics will only make up about 5% of the world's population, perhaps as high as 10% of the world's religious population.
I might add that Wikipedia suggests there are approximately a billion Catholics, which would make Catholics 16% of the world's population. As a historian and scholar, I question the accuracy of that stat, though.

Catholicism is the world's largest religious body, with 1,100,000,000 adherents (including non-Latin rites in communion with Rome), closely followed by Sunni Islam's 1 billion.
In the US, non-Catholic Christians (Protestant/evangelical, etc.) account for the majority, or 52%, of the population, and Catholics are at 24% with approximately 62 million adherents. LDS runs a distant third at 2%.
In terms of denominational groups in the US, the Catholic Church is largest followed by Baptist and Methodist/Wesleyan.
Interestingly, the Southern Baptist Convention -- by far the largest non-Catholic denomination in the US -- doesn't even make the top 10 worldwide. It is surpassed in the global tally by not only Catholics but also Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh-Day Adventists, Assemblies of God, and churches of the Anglican Communion (including the C of E and the Episcopal churches in the US, strictly for statistical purposes).

Nope. They are not. There are more Muslims than there are Catholics. Many are Catholics on Yahoo Answers, not sure just how many though.

Utterly immaterial.
There are 1 & 1/2 billion Christians (give or take a few hundred thousand) in the world.
1.2 billion of them are Catholic, either Roman Rite or one of the 6 Eastern Rite Uniate Churches. All look to Rome and to his Holiness as their spiritual leader and the visible presence of Christ on earth. (Matthew 16).

We're certainly one of the biggest, maybe the biggest, but I don't think you could say most. There are about a billion of us.
