I think that would violate some major policies within almost any business, if by "got off a job interview" you mean you were interviewing her.
If you're interviewing her, and you ask her out, if she goes with you, it can be suspected that her getting the job had more to do with Friday night's date, not what she can bring to the company. If you're interviewing and you ask her out and she says no, it could easily be interpreted as sexual harrassment.
Kerjillions of girls out there. It's probably best to find another one that you are not supervising at work.
If she doesn't get the job, THEN you could ask her out, but at least make sure you're pretty certain she is interested.

No, actually, it is improper to ask her out after an interview. "IF" she got hired on, it could show favortism not only on the job, but also in the hiring process. If you are really interested in this person, give it a bit of time and then ask her out. It's not like you don't have her phone number already.

You should wait. You wouldn't want it to appear that the "date" had anything to do with the hiring or not. Wait until after the decision is made and the person hired has been in the position for a time. If you don't, I could see many legal implications over this.

Definately ask them! If by some small chance, you said something they didn't like at the interview, the next time you apply for a job, you will to know not to make the same mistake again!

I don't think it would be aproperate, because it may give her the idea that if she goes out with you you'll get her in the company. maybe if you are going to hire her you can call and tell her you would like to discuss her new position over drinks or something like that, or just get to know her at work.

Nope, this is not acceptable. She might be excited and think its her way in to the job, it's a bad situation since oyu are interested and may be hurt when you realize she's only going with you for the job.

No, I think you should play it safe and wait. If she does get the job, wait a little bit....if she doesn't get the job then email her or do a courtesy drop call and then ask her for a drink. Hope this helps...Good Luck!

If I was the person who got interviewed, it would be too awkward for me, especially if you don't know if she's getting the job. If its for a management position, maybe??
