To lose 12 in 3, you need to diet along with exercise. Do 1/2 hour of cardio exercises every day for those three weeks . I'd recommend using an elliptical machine, or jogging. Also reduce your calorie intake by at least 1/3. Avoid foods that are extremely high in fat. And don't eat anything after, say 8PM each evening.That should do the trick for a male.

I would do running or walking and stick with eating fruits and veggies. I would exercise 30-60 min but for the first 10 stretch.

well, try and exercise bike for a half and hour every day and that should be about 200-250 calories a day and that should do it. you got get in there and really sweat it off

look for a wreslting club around you.. then jopin one. and do all the stuff they show you.. everyday after wrestling practice, i notice i loose 3 pounds... but i eat abou 1 of them, so it's worth it.
