yes,,you and your friends will have so much fun.Since he is asking you to do it he has all ready been wearing your clothes and all.ask him why he wants to be fem med,and how long he has been a cross dresser.Do everything you can to make him look like a girl,pluck his eyebrows and all,and give him/her a girls name too,and make sure you call him by his girl name from now on.Make sure you or a friend brings a camera,digital would be best,and take lots of pics,you will be able to black mail him with them,or just show all of his friends.try not to limit this to a one time thing,have him dressed as often as you can,I guarantee you both will love it

yes, i would give him an extreme female makeover (like you said) and tie him up. But i wouldn't gag him. Because then you wouldn't be able to put on the lipstick!!!!!! lol
