Post-physical death transgressions mostly weren't included in the original works by the author. In those the characters were either alive, or they were immortal.

The post-physical death works were introduced by other authors attempting to capitalize on the market success of the original works by generating spinoff pot boilers.

The success of the spinoff works can be partially explained by the fact the author of the original works didn't follow-through with a third volume of the sequence.

When looking at souls, I consider humans. With the fall of Satan, many angels (demons) went with him. But that is past. I don't believe this is happening now. And if you look in Jude, I think this was talking about already fallen angels. I believe the ones left in heaven are true. As far as people, many won't make it. The ones that do will have no desire to do something to get kicked out.

After the "War in Heaven," a third of the angels were "kicked out" with Satan.

Well, yes satan was an example of that, but really who are we to say. The Bible tells us that when we get to Heaven we will recieve a new body and a new life- an eternal life with Jesus. That being said, I really don't think it happens too often (if at all) anymore after domany, but I really don't know 100%, I'd try to get a Bible scholar to answer your question.
