1lb box of shells
3/4lb extra extra sharp Cheddar - thin sliced or shredded
1/4lb Monterey Jack - thin sliced or shredded
1 Egg
1/4 cup milk.
Cook the pasta al dente - almost done and drain, do not rinse. Put it back in the pot and stir in the raw egg (binder). Add the cheese stirring constantly. Turn the stove on low and add the milk. Continue to stir until all of the cheese is melted.
Everyone loves when I make this stuff. You can also add veggies - cooked carrots, peas, etc. I sometimes use a frozen veggie blend that I pull out of the freezer when I start cooking. I add it frozen with the cheese, when the cheese melts the veggie are done too.

Sauce: 2 cups of milk a million Heaped Tablespoon of undeniable flour a million a million/2 - 2 cups of grated stressful cheese a million/2 teaspoon salt a million rounded teaspoon warm English mustard Pinch of cayenne pepper 2 oz..s butter technique. place in pan and combine nicely the milk , flour, salt, cayenne and mustard, then place over a average warmth and stir continuously until thickens. upload butter and shop stirring. Take off warmth and upload cheese - shop stirring until cheese melts. meanwhile you are able to have cooked your macaroni elbows until al dente and drained . Now blend macaroni into the sauce- place in an ovenproof dish - sprinkle with some extra grated cheese and grill until browned. you are able to consume it without grilling or including extra cheese yet is nicer in case you do grill. this would be a difficulty-unfastened recipe with a splash a chew and all and sundry who has tried it, likes it, even those that are no longer keen on macaroni cheese. secret to the sauce is shop stirring otherwise it is going lumpy or catches on the backside of the pan. is super with some chopped cooked Viscount St. Albans and tomatoes extra or as an element serving.

Don't use boxed mac and cheese.
Cube up cheddar and Longhorn and mix them into a bowl with a half cup or so of milk and tablespoon of butter.
Just figure out how much.
