my dilemma is that i have a tendency to itch my nose in all types of weather, sometimes it gets really bad whereas other times its on and off. i dont think it is hayfever but im not sure. i dont want to get a nose spray or tablets to help it because its not something that is ongoing, it just comes up when it feels like it. I dont think it has anything to do with the food, but maybe pollen and other such things. is there any chance of having this itch go away or should i just try and see what i can do to reduce it from happening?

It does indeed sound like dust or pollen. Such things tend to not go away on their own, so you'll want to get the dust and pollen out of your environment, if you can.

Clean the filters to your air conditioning and heating systems, vacuum a lot, dust with a damp cloth frequently, and consider investing in an air cleaner.

Good luck!

It sounds like allergies. If you want to stop this from happening, try taking a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day. The honey has all the air born irritants in your area within it. Your body will use the honey to develop immunities to all the pollutants around you. Local honey is 100% natural, has no side effects and does not damage your internal organs over time. You need no prescription or shot. As with all herbal remedies, it will take a little while to go into effect. You will gradually feel the effects as your body will become acclimated to the honey and the irritants around you. This works. Give it a try. You can't lose.
