whenever i see a hot guy or an old crush of mine, or any guy of that matter, i get this sinking inside of me. its like my heart has dropped, its a really weird sensation and i really duno what it is. although i have gotten over my crush sometimes that deep sinking feeling comes back again. its like a big heavy object collapsing inside of me, although its in the inside i can still feel the impact of that sensation, i just still havent figure out what it is.
then there are times when i start to shake when im really nervous about pretty much anything or my teeth start to chatter, it annoys me but i still do it, its always something i duno of.

the other thing that i get is the pounding of my heart when i see or talk to crushes or guys, it will beat like a speeding bullet, really really fast. just like a train i guess lol, what is this feeling?

the last thing that i do often is swear alot, i dont mean to do it but the words just come out. besides this i also tend to talk alot.

Depending on your age, this can be a normal thing and you will eventually outgrow it. I know some people who are like this even just around other people, not just the opposite gender!! What you need to remember is that every other person could be feeling what you are feeling. If you are thinking "Oh my gosh, what if I don't know what to say if that person comes over here and talks to me?!" they have probably been thinking about what to say to you for the past hour. If you are nervous, maybe they are too, but they aren't showing it and probably won't admit it. I would also cut the swearing thing - that can be intimidating: people who swear are not respected as much. Talking alot is not bad, just as long as what you talk about is okay. Be yourself, and be confident in who you are, not in what people think. Also, try to have fun in life, then others who are around you will have fun also!

Sounds like the reaction to hormones and adrenaline !
If you are young the experience of hormones is something new. It is understandable that you are a little confused about how your body is acting .
Then you get all excited and that causes the adrenalin to start pumping and you get the 'shakes'
It all sounds pretty normal on a temporary basis.
Next time you go to the doctor ,I'd tell them the same same exact thing you ask here OK! See what the Dr. has to say about it too.

haha my guess is that you don't actually feel any of these things really. We'll all conditioned to react a certain way thanks to the movies and television. SO what you're exhibiting is what you think you should be feeling. Chill, relax, think about how you really feel about seeing this person (the good the bad the insecure) and quit being such a damn sheep. My goodness, has the media had so much impact on our lives that we're playing out our own little steven spielberg directed docudrama?? It has . That's just sick.

It is probably just that you like a certain type of guy, so whenever you see a guy that looks like your old boyfriend, you like him based on his looks. You think he is hot/cute, and that is basically the feeling you will get when you like someone.
As for the nervousness/swearing, it is probably because
A.) you are talking to someone you have a crush on or you think is cute or..
B.) You just aren't used to talking to boys. Or, if you are talking to your crush and you fell nervous, it could just be that you are uncomfortable with him.

It's an adrenoline rush that cause all of those sensations. Basically, you're physically excited and perfectly normal.

The swearing thing is just something you'll have to get a grip on.

I don't know what is wrong....this never happened to me. Sounds like the best thing you can do is don't say anything, or think of things to say before you say them, stand up tall (know you are worth alot) and just smile (not too much). This way you won't have as much to worry about.
