It can range from 8 C to 12 C. I know during the Halloween parade, I usually wear an extra layer or two since it can feel cold with the wind at night.

The fall and winter weather has been more unpredictable lately. We have been getting soaked for the last couple years in early to mid October. I would expect any where from 55 F to 78F. (12.7 C to 25.5 C). For a halloween costume, just avoid showing alot of skin as it might be chilly. There are so many people at the parade itself, its hard to really get too cold.

Usually it's warmer. About 12 Celsius. The weather of course changes all the time. It's a fickle beast.

It really depends on the year.... last year at the Halloween parade it was about 70 (Fahrenheit)..I was wearing a strapless dress and skirt and was WARM.
Other years it's COLD COLD COLD... it's tough to know now, but if there's something you need and don't have, you'll be able to find it while you're here, at least.

wear layers, t shirt, sweater, water proof jacket, should be sufficient, don't forget very very very comfortable shoes and maybe an extra pair of dry socks. Enjoy I have been watching/ participating in the parade since it used to wind through the streets of the village :)
