I don't.

When someone sneezes near me, I say, "HEY, IDIOT, COVER YOUR MOUTH!!!" or "YOU DUMMY, THERE AIN'T NO GOD!!!"

No. The custom of saying 'bless you' (short for 'god bless you') comes from the belief that when you sneeze, wou are vulnerable to being possessed by demons. Of course, that is just nonsense. Atheists, on the other hand, believe that when you sneeze, you are actually expelling vast numbers of brain cells, which tends to make you stupid and thus, susceptable to religious delusions. So, when you sneeze, and there is an atheist around, he will smack you on the back of the head ('dope slap') and yell 'THINK'... because (as everybody knows) if you start thinking immediately after a sneeze, brain cells will divide and restore the lost brain mass, making it less likely that you will become infected by any religious 'memes' that might be wafting about in the air.

Whenever a sneeze comes it comes with a great force.

The people of older generation believed that the soul of the person, who sneeze goes out and goes to God and come back, so they used it as GOD BLESSED YOU, and then on it became as God Bless you.

Like Reverend Soleil, I stick with the german "Gesundheit" if I bother saying anything at all....

We are all programmed by society to some degree or other, but only a few of us choose to fight that programming.

Of course when other people say "Bless You" to me, I do like to give them an unpleasant glance and remind them "I'm not demonically possessed, thanks"...

Because blessing someone doesn't necessarily require a belief in a god or higher Deity.

Why do Christians who don't think sneezes are caused by demons say it?
Same reason.

I say "salud." I feel more comfortable doing that...and while I try to not say all the other typical slang we have been raised to say, many do slip. Like what is listed above...goddammit, etc...
I do like saying "hey zeus!" now though and holy hannah (i'm sure there was a hannah in the bible, i just like it for alliteration).

Conditioning. Force of habit. Indoctrination of the surrounding culture.

But I've trained myself to generally say "Gesundheit" instead.
