Nope. I thank myself or I'm to blame.

When the weather's bad I blame the weatherman. When luck's bad, I blame the last fortune cookie I broke open.

Nothing in life is free will. The good weather is often stolen by insidious foreign weathermen trying to stealth the good weather for their own worthless countries.

And fortune cookies are a part of a massive conspiracy by the Chinese to give us the kind of luck they wish on us.

Good or bad fortunes come through my own actions / deeds so none is responsible.

Thanks are paid to God for the abilities granted to me and not for the specific fortune.

It is not fair to curse satan every time we make mistakes.

No, I thank God no matter what the circumstances for that's his will for our lives.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Everything that Satan does has to go through God's filter.

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Of course, God hasn't allowed the evil one to test me like He did Job.

Job 1:8-22 And the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?" 9 Then Satan answered the LORD and said, "Does Job fear God for no reason? 10 Have you not put a hedge around him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. 11 But stretch out your hand and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face." 12 And the LORD said to Satan, "Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand." So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.

13 Now there was a day when his sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother's house, 14 and there came a messenger to Job and said, "The oxen were plowing and the donkeys feeding beside them, 15 and the Sabeans fell upon them and took them and struck down the servants with the edge of the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you." 16 While he was yet speaking, there came another and said, "The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you." 17 While he was yet speaking, there came another and said, "The Chaldeans formed three groups and made a raid on the camels and took them and struck down the servants with the edge of the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you." 18 While he was yet speaking, there came another and said, "Your sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother's house, 19 and behold, a great wind came across the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young people, and they are dead, and I alone have escaped to tell you."

20 Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head and fell on the ground and worshiped. 21 And he said, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD." 22 In all this Job did not sin or charge God with wrong.

Indeed both are the questions of this exam.
You should thank to Allah when a good thing comes.
And when a bad thing comes up you should be patient and pray the Creator to make it good.
So if you act wisely you win in both situations.

Everything I have, I have because God blessed me with it.
Bad fortune is testing ..... if I hold steadfast in prayer and wait on deliverance without interfering or trying to "do it my way"
I pass the test and the bad fortune goes bye bye... and Good fortune comes right behind it.

No - neither exist. the reactions by others to your actions cause the outcome..... you need to place blame somewhere and instead of looking at the facts people blame the mythical beings that have been created for that purpose.

If we have given our lives to God.....then we should thank Him for both bad and good....as nothing will happen to us that wasn't allowed by God for our ultimate good. He sees the big picture....we don't.
