lose 3lbs ur so lucky, dont go too far. You must eat enough, loads salad & veg, loads fish & chicken, pleanty of water, some carbs, yes carbs, have a jacket with your fish n chicken too. , plus slice wholemeal toast or sandwich with ur salad at lunch. and cereal and semi skimmed milk per day. bet u do this for a week and you lose 3lb. Briskly walk for half hour every day too, or swim. (ps. if ur already getting too thin, dont bother, thin is ugly too)

I hav the same problem sort of and what I am doing right now is called the two day diet you lose 10 - 20 pounds in 2 days by drink 64-80oz. of cold water a day (make sure it's cold because your body uses energy to warm it up and you therefore lose calories), you hav to cut your salt intake level in half so about 1,000 mg a day, and you have to limit the carbs you eat. Don't take carbs out of your diet just limit them and try to eat more protein because this will raise your metabolism along with eating small frequent meals (like 5 a day). Raising your metabolism makes you burn calories faster and more frequently. Just follow these simple diet plans for two days and you lose 10-20 pounds. The more days you follow these guide lines the more weight you lose and the faster you lose it. Also eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruit because if you eat them steamed or cooked you can't burn them off as quickly and your body will store the fat that is in them. Right after or before you eat you should try exercising to get your metabolism started too.

You are not losing weight because your body doesn't want to. Your body will try to stay at your ideal weight until you do something drastic like starve yourself or over exercise. Why in the world do you want to lose 3 pounds? Why not 5? You know you don't need to lose any weight so stop it and just enjoy your body as it is.

You dont need to lose the weight. A womans weight fluctuates 5 lbs daily. You dont notice it. stop weighing your self daily and throw out the scale. Then you dont have to worry about it. Its not like your mobildly obese. Actually you probally could use to gain about 8 lbs.

go on the cave man diet= you only eat one meal a day at noon for a week and then you only et a forkful of all the food you want the next week.
