Any diet that limits you to 1 item to eat or drink is not a healthy or proper diet.

I would advise against that. Cranberry juice is full of sugar (and artificial sugars!) and that is not good for you.

If you want to try a juice fast, drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices that are made from a juicer. That's much better because the juice contains vitamins and minerals that the store-bought processed doesn't have.

they call this a detox diet but it is a short term solution and don't venture far from the facilities. any diet where you deprive your body from something it needs like food here it will cause weight loss but it is not sustainable and causes the dangerous yo-yo effect with your weight.

Yea I think they mentioned it in the movie Mean Girls....A good diet still involves eating properly. Just make your portions smaller and eat healthy. Combine that with regular exercise.
