Neither.we will never have a holodeck either.It involves not just transforming mass to energy,but energy back to mass.An energy requirement of a couple of nuke reactors output for a year for one object.Not to mention to map out the exact location of every atom in a body would require more bytes of information than there are atoms in the universe

Holodecks are three dimensional moving pictures. Why should they be proof or otherwise of God?
Are you implying that photonic life forms, created artificially, will somehow prove that God does not exist?
Or are you implying that photonic life forms, created artificially, proves that life can be created without evolutionary processes, therefore God can exist?
