i really dont understand your question, or if theres any, but if the question asked if its ok for the dog to eat cat food, yes, its all good, your dog seems to act like a cat, but its a dog after all

He thinks he is going to be punished. This happens when dogs are beaten, scared by yelling, or genetically cautious. Basically instead of doing it in the open, they get sneaky. Cat food has much more protein then dog food (cats are carnivores while dogs are omnivores so cats need more meat) which means it tastes better. It's also a lot more expensive and, over time, can cause health problems.
Feed the cat in a cage? A different room where the dog cannot go? On a shelf the dog cannot reach but the cat can? Put the dog somewhere where he cannot get the cat's food until the cat is finished? Sometimes management is a better option then training and I believe this is one of those cases.

He runs away because you have probably made him understand that it is wrong to eat the cat food, so he is shy after doing it. Anyway, it is OK to eat the cat food, most dogs like it more than dog food. But he must not eat only that, because cat food has much more protein than dog food and it's not designed as a balanced dog diet.

Most dogs just seem to love cat food for a some reason. I don't know why pet food manufacturers just don't capitalize on this and start making Cat food flavored Dog food.

Cat food is VERY bad for dogs. It has way to much crude fat and crude protein in it! It has a fair amount for a cat, which is why it is CAT food! If your dog continues to eat it, he will get to be fat and unhealthy. Get a small table and put the cat food on that, just dont let your dog eat cat food anymore!

Please don't let your dog eat cat food....it's REALLY bad for them...put the cat food up somewhere, on a table, shelf, counter or even a window ledge anywhere your pup can't get it. Cat food is going to make your dog sick.
