does the outline always have to be in black, i want my babies name but want it written in a colour,not black?

No, the outline can be any colour you
would like.
Do some shopping though, check their
photos of other lettering they've done.
You don't want to mess up something
as important as that.

you can get it in colors, but it's probably not going to be as bright or stand out as well. It will look a little blurrier. I recommend getting it outlined (in a really thin line) in black just to set it off a bit. Talk to a tattoo artist at a shop, they'll be able to let you know what will work teh best. good luck!

No they could be any color you'd like. I would make sure it was something that would stand out against your skin though.
