yes it is .
It simply states that humans are not the same as other animals.

(1 Corinthians 15:29) Otherwise, what will they do who are being baptized for the purpose of [being] dead ones? If the dead are not to be raised up at all, why are they also being baptized for the purpose of [being] such?
Baptism is an agreement by a mature person to do God's will.
this can only be done by a live person.
It precludes baptising a deceased person or an infant or young immature person.
If a person is baptised, they become eligible for the promise of Revelation 20; 12,13.
If you are baptised, then die before Armageddon, you will be resurrected. To what is promised at Psalms 37;11
If nor baptised, being of another religion, when you are resurrected, your 'judgement' is on whether or not you accept God's new system.
You are not judged on what you did wrong in your life, because you death is full payment for those ' sins'
(Romans 6:23) For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.

If you are talking about this verse;
I Corinthians 15:39
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
Yes, it is true in the sense that you can't use a bird's flesh to heal a fish or a dog, and the like. Those humans who have animal heart valves replacing their own failed valves need to have special drugs administered to suppress the body's natural defenses, as the body naturally tries to reject the graft.

1 Cor 15:39-40
39 All flesh is not the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another.
NIV
Well..I think that science would even agree with that one..Fish have scales and bird skin and animal skin (flesh) is different than ours...even though pig skin is similar it is still not the same.

39And just as there are different kinds of seeds and plants, so also there are different kinds of flesh—whether of humans, animals, birds, or fish.
Why shouldn't it be?
