Via many foot-in-the-mouth incidents, I've found that no matter how simple a situation may seem on the surface, there is often more to it. Sure, religiously speaking her career path isn't the most noble, but she knows what she is doing and it's between her and God. She may be there to feed her kids, or she may be there because she thinks it's ok in God's eyes, or maybe she's there because she's a hypocrite. There's no telling.
So to answer your question, what would I do? I'd let it be.

I likely wouldn't be at the club to see it happening. But if I did, it's not my business to tell another grown adult what they can do in their off-hours. It's none of my business. What would the dancer think of me for being there in the first place? After all, I'm a choir member, too.

Oh man, if some of the girls in my choir did that, I would get up there and dance with them. They're *hot*.
Anyway, I'm not sure if you're asking whether or not you should tell someone. That depends on the age. If you think it's a concern, tell an authority figure.
If not, let them keep doing it and enjoy the show!

Good for her...she has to make money for her kids to eat some how...at least she does it with dignity...
