I think the red kangaroo is about 6' or 180cm tall.

As Barb Outhere said, Red kangaroos can get to 6 foot tall, that's how they get the nickname 'Big red'

Yes, larger species - Western Reds - are about the height of an adult human male when standing "flat footed" with ther legs bent. Just watch out if they stand up straight.
Although generally timid, they can be dangerous by grabbing you with their little "forearms" and kicking you very hard indeed with their big "leaping" legs.
Nearly as bad as the drop bears. Now there's something to watch out for.
