I am not a medical expert so I can't advise any medical things. However, this sounds similar to a borderline potassium deficiency. Low potassium results in cramps in the extremities, sometimes very severe, sometimes just an ache. After drinking, the body expels water so you become dehydrated, which aggrevates teh low potassium which means you are more likely to have leg cramps. Drink a big glass of water before going to bed. You will be less dehydrated in the morning and less likely to have cramps from dehydration. The dehydration is also what causes that headache the next day. So after a hard day's night, I take 2 aspirin and a big glass of water or two just at bedtime.

Drink gatorade to top off electrolytes and fluids. a pair of bananas ought to help too. I continually attempt to drink a million cup of bottled water after each alcoholic drink in the previous commencing next drink to avert turning out to be dehydrated.

First of all, dehydration. Alcohol tricks your body into thinking it's getting fluids. Once your body finds out it's not water it starts holding liquid. Swelling and bloating. Swollen legs maybe. Before bed, after drinking, try swigging a tall glass of water w/a Centrum. And take a pee.

If you can feel pain in the morning, then you haven't drunk enough the night before. You're letting the side down. Do it seriously tonight.
