Be able to prove that you have a credible employment record, money in the bank to should your expenses and documents to show your ties to your country that you will return after your visit to the US.

Find a company willing to hire you and handle the sponsorship. Failing that...you won't get one.

Join the US military, after about 5-7 years of service you will qualify for citizenship. While in the Military you can live in the US. Plus they will give you free room, board, medical, and loads of college money.
