Moisturing conditioner will help.

Several options:
Stop coloring it for quite a while. Get a short bob like posh spice (I had to do it cuz of extension damage and its actually kind of cute all considering). Do some protein treatments and/or hot oil treatments. Use a deep conditioner twice a week for a few months. Wash your hair as unoften as you can stand. Take some vitamins (even flinstone will do some good.) sleep on a satin pillow (helps prevent breakage). Baby your hair as much as possible (low heat setting on styling tools and nonalchohol hair products. Be patient w/ it or itll just get worse. ive had lots of hair damage in the past due to impulsive bad decisions so i know how you feel. good luck.

Get a really good (as best as you can afford) mouisterizing conditioner.... after you shampoo.... put conditioner in.... wrap your head with a hot towel and leave on for up to 20 minutes... rinse out.... do this once a week for about a month... then go to twice a month and then go to once a month... you should notice a difference right away.... make sure to use a spray conditioner on your hair before swimming... (or it wont get better... it will take longer)... get a trim once every few weeks.... it will grow back out... baby it till its healthy again.....

you should probably get your hair cut just so some of the damage is off, if your not comfortable with a short doo then just get a few inches off.

then try not to straighten your hair very much because that will make the damage worse.

you should probably get a special type of shampoo also for damaged hair, and deep conditioner for once a week then a regular conditioner for everyday use.

if it is fried from them bleaching it once.. then they REALLY screwed you over... there isnt much you can do to make it better, only to keep it from getting worse
once your hair is damaged you cant make it better really... a lot of products claim to end split ends or whatever but they dont.. they just make them appear better. Your hair is dead and it cant come back alive..... but you can make it look better and help it from getting worse......
only wash your hair as much as you NEED to
use a good conditioner for dry/ damaged hair
dont heat style it.. it will cause it to break more
use hot oil treatments, intesse conditioning packs or other intense treatments once or twice a week
comb wet hair with a wide tooth comb to help keep it from breaking

the worst thing you could have done was dye your hair back so soon .. but just wash it reegularly with lots of conditioner ..,, maybe try a different hair salon and ask them what they should do .. its best to get the advice form an expert .. p.s nevaer go back to the other lady :)

you can buy a deep conditioning treatment at the drug store or a hair mask. it helps restore the shine. you can use every week. you should also quit on dying your hair for awhile, so your natural color can grow out.
