During this world changing event also followed other events such as continents dividing. Just as important it would be good to note that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was preached into Asia, who knows what language they spoke during that time line after. I would encourage you to read the following scriptures.
18 Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult.
(New Testament | Acts 24:18
26 Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:
(New Testament | Acts 19:26)
27 And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,
(New Testament | Acts 21:27)
10 And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
(New Testament | Acts 19:10)
You stand corrected they knew the Jews, you don't know your facts read the bible and find out what you dint know not what you heard others to say. Testimony is personal, truth be it eternal, falsehoods are just mans laziness to search for answers and therefor hears the adversary whisper to them answers based on lies. Read some more.

The Bible was originally written in the Hebrew and Greek languages. Does that tell you that both those languages were around back then? Did God confuse the language of everybody on earth, or just the people that were at the tower of Babel it that certain time? Read the story and you tell us. Keep trying, you'll get a good posting sometime or another.

You're dealing with a Middle Eastern time line. Don't worry about it.
You've heard of Middle Eastern Standard time? Indian Standard time? Spanish American Standard time?
