When you get high you are allowing yourself to come under the influence of something other that your own self control or the holy spirit. Typically it is what we do while high that is even a bigger issue.
If you are a Christian and you are getting high you aren't going to hell but you aren't going to be living for God's glory either and He will most likely allow you to crash and burn to get you to wake up. (seen it happen many times)
If you're not a Christian then your going to hell whether you get high or not unless you repent and turn to God and declare Christ as Lord of your life.

It's people, places, and things. Bro', you've got to get away from the people, places, and things that lead to this. Suround yourself with like minded brothers to help you walk the walk.
I've almost lost a couple of great brothers in the last couple of years cuz they couldn't quite shake that monkey. They're holdin' tight now praise God.

god is fake don't worry about it man. Let me put it this way.
If you were god with all the powers in the universe would you create an insignifcant billionth of a spec of dust, planet in a massive universe also holding tiny insiginificant beings that you know their everymove their every thought? Putting them to test would be rediculous considering if you're god you already know the outcome if you know everything.
So if in fact you are going to hell and there is a god.
Then why did god create you? He created you knowing that you would go straight to hell and burn for all eternity. If that was the case then why would anyone want to be born at all?
God isn't real so don't worry about it, its just something wrong with our society because we're way past that in this modern age thats soo 100 years ago...not to mention 2000

Ben I dont think you will burn in Hell for getting high. Just dont make it a habit. Nothing good can come from it. We all sin. That is why Jesus died for us, so that we can be forgiven. Part of being human is sinning, at least you realize that you did it and want to correct the sin.

No, Hell is only for people who turn away from Jesus, if you accept him you go to Heaven no matter what, according to the Christian teachings as I understand them.

I believe the question is:
"If i don't stop getting high, then would that send me to hell?"
The answer for this is not up to us but God, Getting high isn't of God so i would say it is very possible that hell would be the final destination.

I believe in God with all of my heart....marijuana grows from the ground, that means he put it here...man made it illegal...therefore it is not a sin by him but by man....so as long as you aren't doing terrible things when you are high, then no. Enjoy...

Maybe not, but you should probably be more concerned about the dumb things you do when you're high.
Or that continuing to get high just makes you stupid even before you get high again.
Which tends to make people not take you....seriously.

John 3
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
Not for getting high, not for being Gay, not for getting drunk, not for looking at porn, not for being in porn, but because you didn't believe Him. That can be rectified, but the main question then is: Do you even want to?

So to paraphrase that verse, no, your not going to hell for getting stoned. However, ask yourself, is getting stoned really benefiting you? I know the temptation, believe me - I love
weed. But ultimately it doesnt help me and it can mess things up (ie: going to work stoned, having to engage in conversation, etc. lol)
Anyways, try to stay clean, but if you do mess up, its ok, God still loves you.

No, you won't go to hell for getting high. I think if more people got high there would be a lot less hate. Jesus used it in anointing oils and herbal cures.
