I had all 3 meals plus dessert yesterday, & it's almost 1 AM. I know I'm supposed to be losing weight, but my medicine is making me very hungry.

Ask the doc who prescribed.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Your body is hungry because you're still awake at 1AM. If you were sleeping, you wouldn't be hungry. To help lose weight, you need to get on a regular sleeping schedule. If you're hungry, I would go ahead and eat something. Drink a glass of water and then have a piece of cheese or a handful of peanuts or a foldover peanut butter sandwich.

if you have to eat go for something healthy and filling. I am trying to loose weight too. I've been doing pretty good. when I get hungry late at night I have a bowl of special K or yogurt with almonds. If I have them I eat baby carrots sprintz with wishbone salad sprintz/dressing. it peps up the carrots.
Warm milk with a little vanilla works too, it'll help you sleep. I understand how hard it is to turn off the "hunger pains" especially when medication causes it.

maybe try some fruit, or drink some water. if your meds are making you hungry, maybe add more carbs to your meals to prevent you from becoming so hungry all the time - carbs fil you up and make you less hungry

I don't think a small snack would hurt anything...maybe a bowl of cereal or something with a little fiber to make you feel full until morning would be good! =D
