Hebrews 1:1-2

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126.
The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.

*** rs p. 406 par. 1 Trinity ***
In The Encyclopedia Americana we read: “Christianity derived from Judaism and Judaism was strictly Unitarian [believing that God is one person]. The road which led from Jerusalem to Nicea was scarcely a straight one. Fourth century Trinitarianism did not reflect accurately early Christian teaching regarding the nature of God; it was, on the contrary, a deviation from this teaching.”—(1956), Vol. XXVII, p. 294L.

(Romans 15:3-6) . . .” 4 For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had, 6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There is no trinity. Not one verse in the Bible says that God is composed of 3 co-equal, co-eternal persons. John 1:1 does not even come close to describing a trinity.

The word you are after is "duality," not "doublity."

Jesus is the Word of God. It says " in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God" then in John it says that " the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us" So Jesus always was the Son of God as the Word then became man, Jesus.

It's a term that trys to describe Jesus. The church was trying to compromise between people who said he was this or that or the other. So they made him all three. They even voted on it. Look up early church history. Some churches use it, others don't. It has been said that it helped convert the Irish because they had a pagen 3 spirited god. I think it makes things too complicated. It's best to keep things simple as possible.

No, Jesus was there with God at Creation.

"In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God
He was in the beginning with God
All things came into being through Him and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being."

John 1:1-3

God is not a Trinity, God is one God MANIFESTED IN THREE WAYS not eternal persons, Jesus said that he was here before Abraham not because he washere as a second person but because he was here as the invisible God of the OT. the name Jesus literally means "Jehovah saves". Jesus is the God of the OT, their is not Trinity of persons but only of manifestations that God revealed to the world.

The ONE God is the Father in creation, Son in regeneration and Holy Spirit in Regeneration. This is One God MANIFESTED in three ways to humanity not persons.
