The Sidecar hands down.
Ingredients:
2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lemon juice
Mixing instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Great drink

Any cocktail with cognac would be a waste of good cognac. Don't even think about it. If you feel that you must make a cocktail buy some Mexican brandy.

My goodness, I would have to say it is best left alone. I have tried the Alize and Hpnotiq (sp) brand mixes and thought they tasted Ok (yes, JUST ok), but left me feeling queezy the next morning.
