don't screw with your soul
what's meant to be will happen
and yes it is real there is just no proof
you have to believe in it...
and i know im going to get thumbs down for telling the truth
one thing you must know is you have to have a stable mind. you shouldn't be playing in the first place like this, but if you just HAVE to make SURE you have the ability to control your thoughts. If you see some bad spirit don't think about it anymore. law of attraction.

Astral Projection Real Or Fake

My advice is that you suffer from sleep paralysis, you probably shouldn't indulge in your hallucinations. I've never experienced astral projection, nor do I know anyone who has, but I suffer from sleep paralysis also. There were times when I was so tired of fighting sleep paralysis that I let my mind give into the hallucinations I was experiencing when I first began to wake up. I thought that I'd just drift back to sleep. I was wrong. I started seeing parts of my dreams intermixed with my real surroundings, and I started having the most terrifying night terrors you could imagine. And because you're partially awake with sleep paralysis, its like its all really happening. Its too hard to distinguish the dream from reality. Your mind is more powerful then you could ever realize. Don't play around with things like that, because you can't control where your hallucinations will take you. I didn't sleep more than fifteen minutes at a time for about 8 months because of that.

They are real, the thing that I realised is how limited my human body is, the second is the access to unlimited knowledge, the next is the speed that I could travel at, I could go anywhere just by thinking, the next is light really doesn't matter you can observe under any light conditions. I proved that the experience was real by observing the roof of a shopping mall and then asking someone what the roof was finished in, I found out that the gravel roof that I saw was what is there, there was no way to see this before hand it had a hidden roof

Astral projection is not only a safe, but also a fun activity. Moreover, it can help you advance materially and spiritually. Get rid of the various baseless fears about astral projection and learn to project. You must have heard about the Monroe technique of astral projection.

The local self cannot make the journey only the spiritual self can. You must spend the time to learn to put aside the ego part and let the spirit part take over, this is accomplished in time by intent concentrated meditation. The meditation can be Vedic,Buddhist, Taoist, Shamanic or any other that is truth centered.

I had an experience with astral traveling that made me think it might be real.

I had been trying to get astral projection to happen for awhile with no luck. Then, one night I suddenly found myself in my dining room, and there was a bright band of light across my field of vision. When I moved back a bit, I realized that the bright band of light was caused by my table - my head had been positioned within it and the table-top had appeared as a bright band for some reason.

I moved into my living room and saw my wife asleep on the couch. She was surrounded by sort of a green aura. However, I noticed that she was sleeping with her head on the wrong end of the couch. When I went to bed, I had seen her sleeping with her head in the opposite direction.

I concentrated on her for a moment, thinking that she should be positioned to be lying the other way. After a second, I suddenly saw her lying on the couch facing the way I thought she should be facing. However, when her position had changed her aura had changed from green to red.

Shortly after that, I involuntarily slipped back into my body. When I woke up, I went out into the living room. To my surprise, my wife was lying on the couch with her head in the opposite direction of what it was when I had gone to bed. She had apparently woken up at some point in the night and then had laid down facing the other way.

It seems that when I saw her with the green aura I was actually seeing her as she was. However, when I forced myself to see her as I expected her to be, the red aura was an indicator that I was seeing something incorrectly.

At any rate, I just thought it was very interesting that while astral traveling I would have initially seen her as she actually was, rather than as I expected her to be. If I had just been dreaming, and not actually in astral form, I don't think I would have been likely to see her the way she really was.

I know its not any sort of conclusive proof that astral traveling is real, but I found the experience to be something that indicated astral traveling may be more than just lucid dreaming.

It's real.

Some rules of the road:

A lot of things will try to frighten you by appearing threatening. But if you demand they leave you alone, they have to do it.

A lot of lying and misrepresenting goes on out there. But if you ask a direct question you can't be given back a direct lie.

You can always end it by moving a finger.
