I have some collection of my client telephone numbers and email address. How can I arrange it in order so that I can know if the same number or email address is repeating. I had tried out with the microsoft excel but I need to check it one by one after I had sort all the numbers in order. Please help. Thanks.

Select the whole area that you dont want any duplicates. It can be an entire column.

Then - Format
Conditional Format
Formula
=countif($A$1:$A$2500, A1)>1
Select format - then change the font or whatever you want to do.
$A$1:$A$2500 = i took this area. you can change it.
Make sure A1 has no dollar signs.

If you have any duplicate entries (email/phone nos), they will all get highlighted.

Why don't you download one of the many free address book programs available? There are too many to mention, so you'll have to be the judge. Just enter free address book software in Google, but watch the ones that offer 30 day trial periods.
