knowledge leads to karma because if a person is ignorant,he may not at all be knowing what exactly are his 'karmas'.And if he is unaware of his karmas he may not be executing his karmas required to be done by him.So knowledge is the key to recognise ones karma!!!

There is no link between knowledge and karma. According to doctrine of karma, only the wrong and right doing of human leads to karma.

i believe that karma leads to knowledge because we learn from our mistakes through karma, which makes us grow stronger spiritually.

you learn from your actions .
you learn from your karma .You gain knowledge from your karma . Essentially it is karma that imparts knowledge .You know that the fire will scortch ony when you come into contact with fire and burn yourself .
you learn that if you fall from a height ,you get hurt .just as a child lerans evrything frpom what happens to it . everyknowldege comes from action tht gies us he experience .

a person can be very knowledgeable and have good or bad karma - we create our karma.

action + reaction -> karma ie., actions & reactions
spiritual knowledge is above karma. knowledge raises you above ignorance. usual karmic activities are in the mode of ignorance.
tamaso ma jyotirgamaya -> Divine Knowledge leads from you from tamas, darkness to jyotir, light ie., knowledge.
fruitive actions & reactions = tamas, ignorance.
Actions in Krishna Consciousness is beyond ordinary actions & reactions i.e., they are transcendental
