A Friend of mine has cats that most are either tortoise shell or calico and she gives some kittens away but you have to promise not call them Patches.

Every calico cat I've ever met has been named Cally, so don't do that.
Try:
Spot, Patch, Twinkle, Mischief, or Eartha Kitty (that's my cats name and she's a calico, lol!)

If you are looking for a pretty name how about Jasmine?
If you want a play on color name how about CreamSicle? Or Creamily.
