Prepared Mustard usually has Turmeric added to enhance the Yellowness.

Turmeric acts as a natural colorant in this case.

So yes, it is conceivable that your fingers temporarily go yellow with prepared mustard.

But they wont if you play around with pure mustard flour !!

No. Mustard does not turn your fingers yellow. The spice you're talking about is tumeric. If in contact for a long period of time with tumeric, your fingers will turn yellow, but not permanently

It can if you don't wash them fast. And don't smudge your shirt. Those stains sometimes don't even come out with Spray n Wash!
