If you are using satan as a metaphor for bush and god for saddam hussein, sure.

Imagine..saddam hussein..god. lol.

Satan will never be able overthrow God, ever. Satan is of the
lesser,weaker and supremely visciously evil Entity. But
Satan would like weapons of mass destuction to be used here on Earth. He would like that.
