Kevin Trudeau's books are mostly information about where to get the cures somewhere else. He uses one book to sell another or tell you where to get herbs from other of his companies.

You will not get what you were promised from this guy, I have tried. It's a big scam!

He is a very shady character and even did a stint in jail (or prison, depending how long his sentence was) for check forgery and stealing his previous customers' credit card numbers. I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him :) His book supposedly has some decent recommendations that can be found in other 'alternative' books, however, things like a magnetic mattress to help those with MS (multiple sclerosis) and colon cleanses are just hokey. Eating properly and getting enough physical activity is a positive in his book(s). He talks about organic food use pesticides. Most of his books are rants about how the government is bilking people out of money which can be true, to a certain extent. He just goes overboard with the blaming though.

Please remember to check with one's physician first before using any of the suggestions especially if wanting to try herbs or stopping one's medication. And I've read on here and on amazon.com that if one orders the book from his company direct, that the customer tends to keep getting charged the $9.95 a month extra for his newsletter, and it's supposed to be quite difficult to get the charges to stop. Just fyi.
