Nonsense question! It is a fallacy to impose a Burden of Disproof on somebody. If you have fanciful ideas about some guy as supremely powerful as he is amazingly invisible, YOU have to present proof in favour.
The scientists went through that with the debâcle of Spontaneous Generation in the 1700's. The seeds or eggs of some creatures like ferns and mosquitoes were invisible, you see, so people simply couldn't see where they came from. So a Theory of Spontaneous Generation came into existence, that sunbeams on the surface of a lake could generate mosquitoes. Most scientists went "prove it", the SGers taunted, "Prove it DOESN'T happen!"
Science concluded that, while it may be possible to phrase your theory in the form that people would have to turn over every rock in the Himalayas to show it's not there, there is a big difference between "not true" and "proven to be false".
God is simply "not true", no evidence for it. You don't have to prove it false, inasmuch as almost nothing can be proven false except the rare thing like perpetual motion.
For that matter, please prove there was NO God-Eating Zombie-Monster who ate God in 500 B.C. which explains why Jewish prayers stopped being answered, whereas before God was pleased to prance around all visibly as a pillar of smoke by day and a pillar of fire by night, and the Jews ended up being enslaved by the Hellenic Empire. Dude! It all fits! We must now reset 500 B.C. to be the new 0 A.D. (Anno Digestion).

You have it the wrong way around.
There is no evidence that there are gods or the supernatural.
Now look at religions, which can be argued but not proved, and all of the simple rules that people use to control others, all centered on the idea of an omnipotent, benevolent god.
It does not make sense to believe in something without evidence. That is my personal take on it.

Fundies have confidence that guy became made in god's image and the belief is that he had to be incredibly clever to be waiting to create the universe. considering is a scientific actuality which you would be able to no longer teach a unfavourable and because you're right here attempting to get us to coach a unfavourable - you are able to no longer have been made in merely like some one even remotely clever so which you would be able to no longer have been made in merely like god because of the fact some one that suggestions lifeless has a no longer easy time merely getting dressed interior the morning. There fore god can not exist in any way you seem to think of.

There's no evidence for him or against him. It's like me claiming that my imaginary friend is real. Does that make my imaginary friend real? No. If I have gullible friends that believe my imaginary friend is real, does that make her real? Nope. If my friends decided they would pass the knowledge of my imaginary friend to their children, with the threat of eternal torture if they didn't believe in my imaginary friend, is my imaginary friend real yet? Not at all. You see, deluding yourself into believing something doesn't mean that it's real.
That's why I don't believe in God. It was a creation story used to explain the universe when people still believed the earth was flat and the sun revolved around the earth. It holds no truth whatsoever.

The complete and total lack of any eveidence. the onus is not on the group that claims something doesn't exist, it is on the the group that claims something does exist through the presentation of viable, tangible evidence. Words in a book prove nothing unless the proof by evidence is repeatable.

It's not the idea of god that I'm against... there being no evidence FOR god is not the same thing as "being against god."
The belief in god is ruining this world (reference wars and terrorism, most of them because of religious beliefs).
There is no hard evidence that there is no god... but there is also no hard evidence that there IS a god either. The fact that there isn't evidence doesn't make him any more real.

What hard evidence is there that God isn't a woman?
Or that people do not truly have free will, and that every single movement they make has been previously determined so that we have no control over anything we say or do?
Or that we truly do have free will...and every moment adapts to us?
Or that we aren't really just trapped in a giant snowglobe? =)

didn't anyone tell you that that is not the way evidence works? you can have evidence to support the existence of something. if there is no evidence, the thing could exist or not, there is no way to tell. some might hope that the thing exists, and some might ask why it is necessary to believe that the thing exists when there's no evidence for it. i am in the second group.

You and yours declare there is a god. The onus for proof is on your back. You prove it. We have no beliefs in a god or gods because there is no proof or any evidence to show there is or is not a god. If you believe it, prove it.

We can not share that information. If we gave the believers ultimate proof that religion is false the whole world would fall into chaos. People would become suicidal murders because their whole belief system would be worthless. A large number of believers restrain themselves from committing bad acts because they believe they will go to hell. When you become a true atheist I will let you know.
