Check my starred question's. I've typed some rather long answer's to this Q.

A quick summary? Black Jig's in 1/8-1/4 OZ W/ live Leeches or Black Berkley "Gulp" minnow-grub's. Also, I've had good luck with Yozuri Suspending Crystal Minnow's & general "wide-wobble" crank's. (Make sure to "juice-up" your lures with Walleye fish attractant. Dr. Juice makes a good one.) Try to find "slow-moving water" & "deeper drop's".

Best time: Right before dark, and about an hour after dark.

Here it is, cloudy days & rougher water have always been better Walleye fishing for me. Early morning, and Late evenings in the shallows where they hunt smaller fish. Mid day when the sun is brightest they go deeper.
They hunt smaller fish so any lure will work, you'll have to change colors till you find what they like, then stick with it.
they will also eat worms or night crawlers, on rigs (such as an erie derrie) but those don't work in every lake, you just have to try and see.
Catfish like chicken liver, stink baits, and worms too

well for catfish it depends on what kind your going for if your going for channels or blues the best bait is cut bait(cut up peice of bluegill or chub) but if you want flatheads you need live bluegill, chubs, goldfish, or bullheads and about anything under 10in will work but flatheads will only take bait that is live so if it dies then cut it up and use it as cut bait...the rig i ussually use is i get some catfish/bullhead rigs(you can get them at walmart) and on the bottom swievle i put a 3ounce pyramid weigh(you can get them at a local bait shop) cuz where im from the river beds are sand so the weight sinks into the sand then i put my bait on the the other sweivel

and for walleyes i would suggest drifting with leaches or night crawlers

and chichen liver, stink bait and night crawlers work better for smaller catfish so if you want some trophies i wouldnt use them

I use anything that works for the day. I'll start with crawler rigs and big juicy crawlers on harnesses that are colorful, I'll have one or two spoons according to the sun and weather. Then I'll have a couple of plastic floaters also, according to the sun.
When I get hits I'll switch over to whatever hit. I also listen to the radio to hear what others are saying about the day and what they're getting hits on.

Sometimes your changing lures every thirty minutes until you start getting hits. You have to keep busy if you want fish.

Sometimes just drifting with the wind and letting a crawler harness bump along the bottom works.
