Craigslist.org is the best free site for buying or selling virtually anything! The only problem with this site is that ads are placed by date and when new ads are placed, the older ads are harder to find. If you are serious about selling and craigslist doesn't work for you, Autotrader.com is another good site - not free, but I got a lot of hits from this site when I sold my car last year. I believe it is around $35 for the ad. good luck!

Try Yahoo Auto. I think that you can sell a vehicle up to a certain amount, but then have to pay for the ad if over that amount. It's been a while since I've been there, so at least give it a try and see if it still is that way.

if you want free then you gotta work for that ---- on saturday morning you need to go to all the gro. stores around where you live and post an ad on their bulletin board ... nothing is free and getting results are worth what you invest ... be creative and post for sale info near the bus stop and stuff like that ... good luck

Craiglist is free but your car will be just one little among a lot of crappy ads and you will spend a lot of time with tire kickers.

www.autotrader.com you have to pay, but serious buyers go there. I bought 2 cars from there.

Try Craigslist.com. I've also sold two cars on ebay, it does work.
