I would assume so.

Your safest bet would be to call the airline and confirm this. The last thing you need is someone here telling you yes, but then the airline throwing away your batteries.

this is the u.s. security bureau and not canada's....and usually the americans are stricter than the canadians....but here is their prohibited listt

you are aloud to bring batteries

yeah it doesn't matter. they don't care, batteries don't trigger the detectors.
