I know less than 8 weeks,

The scab usually falls of at about 2-3 weeks old, sometimes the mother helps in taking it off by cleaning the pup. If there is no mother to aid in this process, the pup may be up to 4 weeks.

It could be from 7 to10 days old.It depends,as all puppies heal at different rates,but most of them lose the scabs by the age of 10 days or so.Are it's eyes open? Does it have teeth? Can it walk?

Generally the scabs fall off in the first week or so. Earlier if mom helps it along, which she usually does.
