I need to ground my brown wire (brake wire) for my in-dash cd/dvd player. I need to do this because i want to by pass the parking brake engagement. Thanks!

Find a bolt or screw that connects to the metal part of the body of your car.or just find the ground from your radio harness and connect it to that.and your dash has a metal frame that will work just fine to.

Most anything you can find that is metal in your car will be grounded. Simply attach it to something metal.

For a car, you attach it to any metal part of the car.
"Bypass the parking brake engagement"? that's a new one on me.

just try to screw it to something thats part of the frame of the car

you could dig the wire into the ground, where a shock-strap, or ask your dad...

That is has to touch something metal.
