I completely agree with you. Her questions are all very tacky and offensive and she is obviously trying to bait people. And for Sally, it doesn't make a person a racist/bigot to judge people. It makes a person a racist to judge a person solely on their appearance/skin color etc. When you judge a person on the quality (or lack thereof) of their character, that's completely fine and proper to do.

The problem with posting things on the web or in e-mail is people can only read the written word, not the expression, body-language, etc. behind the question. Things can be misinterpreted as offensive which causes others to go on the defensive. Also, we bring our personalities to the table here so if we already have an anger issue it's pretty easy to let it out on a website community without much repercussion. In other words, it's easy to be brave with ugly words and racism when you are not face-to-face with someone. I'm sure there are both sides to the questions and answers. I hope I answered your question. I tried to be as PC as possible and still get my point across.
