me 22 and my 4 year old son were in a bad car crash 3 days ago we are very lucky to be alive. the other driver was drunk uninsured and unlicened do you think drunk drivers unlicened drivers and unregisted unisured drivers should be put behind bars.

Yes I do think they should be Punished.Me and My Husband and my 1 year old daughter at the time was in that same situation as you was.and well He didn't get squat for what he did.

They are where I live. Get stopped without your insurance card(by a State trooper) and you will walk from there. No licence (State or city officer) you get arrested and car towed. Drunk driving (accident or not) off to jail you go.
