I have always considered the Timeshare programs to be a rip off. Basically you are paying for some thing that you will never own and that is hard to resell.
I time share is a weekly or monthly rental on a place where you share the overall expenses over a period of time. You share the property and share the cost.
Sorry, owning property is hard enough. sharing a property seems ridiculous to me.;
