It sounds like this mother is very controlling and doesn't want her daughter to talk to any boys. She could easily find out you have called because your number will show up on her phone bill. How old are you? She can probably "press" charges but the investigation by the police would quickly reveal that the calls were both ways and that the calls were not harassment calls which tend to be rather short because the person harassed usually will hang up. Even if this gets by them any good lawyer would be able to get you off. However, the police and your lawyer would both tell you that the smartest thing to do would be to stop calling her and let her call you.

Nothing is private in this world.
The only time people have privacy is when other people are too lazy to figure out how to look at what you are doing, or trace your activities.
If the police are doing some investigation, they will get complete list of
* who you called, who called you, by phone
* who your friend called, who called here
* then some of the people you both in contact with
* All the e-mails sent to you and received in recent months
* all the places you been to on the Internet, in recent months
If your friend's mom does not know you, or your interests, she has every right to have you busted. For all she knows, you are a sex fiend interested n her daughter only more immoral purposes.

As far as I know, the only way she could look at your private calling history would be to get a search warrant from the police, which unless there is a real crime involved is not likely to happen (probably cause for a crime is needed). I'm not exactly sure to whom the calling records are accessible to, though, so if they're public in reality it's quite possible.

As long as you are not over 18 and everyone else is under 18 there is not going to be a problem. The police are sick of this type of "nuisance" stuff and there are a lot more important and pressing matters to be dealt with. Don't worry about it.

Yeah she basically is B'sing ya to get ya to back off or scare ya away from talking to her daughter since she thinks its you that is. I think she needs help with loosening up the reins on her daughter a bit lol. Good Luck with this but yeah, I doubt the cops would even begin to look into your cell records over something like this, its pretty petty considering ya know.

No! She is soooo totally bsing you! No cuz you weren't harassing her. wtf! I hate it when ppl do that to try and freak you out! It pisses me off to no end. No my mom's a lawyer and no she can't really do that. If she does there isn't enough to press any kinds of charges. So don't worry. I can promise you that you'll be fine.

as long as you were not harassing her daughter there isnt anything she can do and the police would not bother with the problem unless the boy is too old that would be statutory rape
